Software Engineer by day, Cambodian Comrade for Christ by night

I am 43 years old and married to a wonderful wife for 17 years and have four daughters between 9 and 16. I grew up in the United States in Pennsylvania and currently reside near the Rocky Mountains in Colorado. The picture is of me with my three Cambodian friends.

I work for the following two employers: Sun and the Son.

Sun Microsystems: as a Software Support Engineer for the last 11 years. I do worldwide software support on almost every product that Sun has made.

The Son (Jesus Christ): I am employed by Him on a volunteer basis because He chose me and has shown Himself faithful in my life. I have spent 40 years of my life searching for what God wanted me to do in my life. Through prayer and circumstances, He has guided me to Cambodia where I spent most of my leisure time devising ways to bring Jesus to them and to also help them in their physical needs.

I "adopt" Cambodian individuals and families that I feel God has put in my path. I don't adopt them in the literal sense but stay close to them via the internet and, in some cases, financially support them if they need help.

I also love biking and made a life-long goal 11 years ago to bike 25,000 miles before I die. I am currently at 9,800 miles (as of Jan 2008).
